Our firm is seeking a motivated legal trainee to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to engage in substantive legal work across various practice areas and contribute to both domestic and international client matters.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting legal teams in ongoing cases and transactions;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, letters, and other legal documents;
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries and reports;
- Assisting in risk assessments and client advisory tasks;
- Participating in the preparation of legal opinions and client deliverables;
- Collaborating with professionals in other jurisdictions on cross-border matters.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (completed);
- Master’s degree in Law (completed or ongoing);
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
- Previous legal experience is advantage but not mandatory.
