Aleksandra is an Attorney at Law and Founding Partner at KBP Legal, specializing in Corporate law, Maritime law, Real Estate and Dispute resolutions.

Aleksandra focuses on general corporate and commercial transactions with a particular emphasis foreign investments and real estate developments. She is experienced in handling complex corporate, labor, and real estate matters. With a comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks for foreign investments and regulatory compliance, she provides counsel to clients seeking to establish and expand their presence in Montenegro.

She has significant legal practice in commercial and marine litigation and regularly advises ship and yacht owners and operators, P&I Clubs and insurers on a wide range of issues relating to maritime disputes with an international dimension such as personal injury claims, collision incidents, cargo disputes, as well as sales and arrest of ships and yachts. She also advises client in the process of licensing of institutions operating within the energy, renewable energy, banking, and financial sectors in Montenegro. Aleksandra represents clients across civil and commercial disputes as well as enforcement and security proceedings before Montenegrin courts and other competent authorities.
