Ivan is Attorney at Law and Founding Partner at KBP Legal, specializing in corporate law. Throughout his career, he has navigated a diverse array of legal matters, including corporate governance, restructuring, energy and mining, insolvency, yachting, and more.

With extensive experience in corporate advisory, Ivan regularly advises clients on the most complex corporate matters, guiding them through diverse legal challenges with international elements. He has successfully managed numerous real estate and financial transactions, often involving cross-border considerations.

Ivan has significant experience in corporate governance, providing expert counseling to both local and international clients. In addition, he is well-versed in employment matters and debt collection, guiding clients through the processes of recognizing arbitral and court awards, as well as handling enforcement procedures.
