Our partner, Aleksandra Bujković, one of Montenegro’s foremost experts in maritime law, recently delivered a lecture at the Faculty of Law on the topic “Contract on Carriage of Goods by Sea.” The lecture was organised under the Alumni Club of the Faculty, bringing together students, young legal professionals, and industry practitioners.
Aleksandra presented an in-depth overview of the legal framework governing the carriage of goods by sea, focusing on practical issues and challenges that frequently arise in commercial practice. She shared her extensive experience in advising clients on maritime contracts, highlighting key principles, risk allocation, and emerging trends in the sector.
